QUICK + EASY.

 

Strike FC has made it easy to communicate with the club, your team and stay up to date on everything related to our programming.  We are moving to digital (no more paper forms!).

Step 1 - Simply complete the CHECK IN form and provide some basic data and permission to send you emails and text messages (NEW for 2021).

Step 2 - Complete all WYSA required player forms in DocuSign (NEW for 2021).  ​

​

Step 3 - Download the LeagueApps mobile application for your smartphone so you are ready for the Rec Launch later this Fall!​

​

Step 4 - Accept the LeagueApps invite when you receive it later this Fall season.​

​
